I'm a founder, UX designer, and self-taught developer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My work sits at the intersection of real estate, technology, and operations — building systems that compound over time.
My Rental Spot started as a personal need: existing property management software was overbuilt for large operators and underwhelming for independent landlords. I set out to build a better alternative — fast, intuitive, and actually useful for the way landlords and tenants work.
Outside of software, I acquire and operate real estate across multiple markets. An SF apartment complex, Forest Glen Mobile Park (Boulder Creek, CA), Harbor Vista Mobile Park (Glenhaven, CA), and SFH/multifamily across Ohio and California — alongside a commercial construction company serving Bay Area clients. Each business informs the others.
